Case report of xanthogranulomatous orchitis: Rare condition mimicking testicular tumour

چکیده

A case report of a 78-year-old gentleman presented with scrotal mass mimicking testicular tumor on ultrasonographic examination. Excisional biopsy proven xanthogranulomatous orchitis which is rare condition. The clinical presentation, radiological findings and management will be discussed.
